Soya Capsicum Masala Frankie


Recipe to prepare delicious "Soya Capsicum Masala Frankie":
Ingredients:
1. soya nuggets (boiled in salt water) - 250 gms
2. cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
3. cinnamon - 1/2 inch
4. clove - 3-4 buds
5. small cardamom - 1
6. black cardamom - 1
7. blackpepper corns - 1 teaspoon
8. whole (dried) red chillies - 4-5
9. garlic - 15 cloves
10. ginger - 1 inch
11. onion - 2 big bulblets
12. refined oil - 2 tablespoons
13. turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
14. coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
15. kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
16. salt - 1 teaspoon
17. butter - 1 teaspoon
18. chappati - 1
19. red chilli sauce - 1 teaspoon
20. capsicum - 1 small size

Procedure:
1. to prepare soya masala paste, mix and grind the ingredients:
a. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
b. 1/2 inch cinnamon
c. 3-4 cloves
d. 1 small cardamom
e. 1 black cardamom
f. 1 teaspoon blackpepper corns
g. 4-5 whole (dried) red chillies
h. 15 garlic cloves
i. 1 inch ginger
j. chopped onion (1 big bulblet)
2. heat 2 tablespoons refined oil in a pan
3. add and fry finely chopped onion (1 big bulblet) until brown
4. add to it soya masala paste, stir properly and cook until the mixture starts leaving oil 
5. add the spices:
a. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
b. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
c. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
6. mix thoroughly and cook for 2-3 minutes
7. add 1 teaspoon salt
8. add boiled soya nuggets (250 gms), and mix well
9. cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes
10. grind this cooked soya masala 
11. take one chappati and spread 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce on it
12. layer and spread the soya masala on it
13. add to it finely chopped capsicum (1 small size)
14. add finely chopped onion (1 small bulblet)
15. roll the chappati and grease its edges with some butter
16. heat the shallow pan and cook the roll on it
17. wrap the roll in a foil and serve
