Tasty "Kasoori Aaloo (Dry Fenugreek Potato)"
Recipe to make the dish:
Ingredients:
1. boiled potatoes - 2 medium size
2. vegetable or olive oil - 1 table spoon
3. dry-crushed fenugreek leaves - 1 tea spoon
3. lemon juice - 1 tea spoon
4. chat masala - 1/2 tea spoon
5. salt - to taste
6. coriander leaves (for garnish) - 2 stalks
Steps:
1. remove skin of 2 medium size boiled potatoes
2. chop or crush them into medium cubes
3. pour 1 table spoon vegetable or olive oil in a deep frying or a shallow pan
4. heat it on medium flame for 1-2 minutes
5. put the potato cubes, and toss them well
6. add salt to your taste
7. sprinkle 1 tea spoon dry-crushed fenugreek leaves
8. pour little water and toss again
9. put 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice
10. sprinkle 1/4 tea spoon chat masala
11. mix all the ingredients properly
12. sprinkle some chopped or whole coriander leaves for garnish
13. serve it in a bowl
14. season it with 1/2 tea spoon lemon juice, and 1/4 tea spoon chat masala
