Kashmiri Egg Masala



Recipe to make "Kashmiri Egg Masala" in an easy way:
Ingredients:
1) black cardamom - 1
2) cardamom - 1
3) clove - 2 buds
4) dried (whole) red chillies - 2
5) cinnamon - 1/2 inch
6) stone flower - 1 small piece
7) bay leaf - 1
8) ginger - 1/2 inch
9) cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon
10) fennel seeds (saunf) - 1/2 tea spoon
11) garlic - 8-10 cloves
12) onion (chopped) - 2 small bulblets
13) coriander seeds - 1/2 tea spoon
14) water - 1 medium cup
15) cooking oil - 1 tea spoon
16) tomato (chopped) - 1 medium size
17) raw eggs - 2
18) green chilly (chopped) - 1 small size
19) turmeric powder - 1 pinch
20) kashmiri red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon
21) coriander powder - 1 tea spoon


Steps:
1) to make kashmiri masala paste, take a mixer and blend-
a) 1 black cardamom
b) 1 cardamom
c) 2 buds of clove
d) 2 dried (whole) red chillies
e) 1/2 inch cinnamon
f) 1 small piece stone flower
g) 1/2 bay leaf
h) 1/2 inch ginger
i) 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
j) 1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds (saunf)
k) 8-10 cloves garlic
l) 1 small onion (chopped)
m) 1/2 tea spoon coriander seeds
n) 1/2 (medium) cup water
2) heat 1 tea spoon cooking oil on a pan (on medium flame)
3) put 1/2 bay leaf in the oil
4) add the other ingredients:
a) 1 small onion (chopped)
b) 1 small green chilly (chopped)
c) kashmiri masala paste
5) fry all the ingredients for 2-3 mins
6) add the remaining ingredients:
a) 1 tea spoon kashmiri red chilly powder
b) 1 pinch turmeric
c) 1 tea spoon coriander powder
d) salt to taste (or, 1/2 tea spoon)
e) 1/4 (medium) cup water
f) 1 medium tomato (chopped)
7) mix all the ingredients, and cover the pan for 1 min.
8) uncover it to add:
a) 1/4 (medium) cup water
b) 2 (raw) eggs' content
c) little salt on yellow portion of eggs
9) blend the dish well
10) cover the pan, and let the egg dish cook for 2 mins
11) uncover the pan, and cut the cooked Kashmiri Egg Masala into half

Yippee!!! the much awaiting "Kashmiri Egg Masala" is ready to serve and relish.
