Ingredients:
1. chicken - 200 gms
2. garlic - 2 cloves (grated)
3. ginger - 1/4 inch (grated)
4. lemon - 1/2 small size
5. red chilly powder - 1/2 tea spoon
6. coriander powder - 1/4 tea spoon
7. seasoning (garam masala) - 1/2 tea spoon
8. salt - (to taste)
9. yoghurt - 2 table spoons
10. turmeric powder - 1 pinch
11. cooking oil - 1 table spoon
12. tandoori colour - 1/4 tea spoon
Procedure:
1. to marinate chicken, add to it-
a. 1/2 tea spoon (kashmiri) red chilly powder
b. 1 pinch turmeric powder
c. 1/2 tea spoon seasoning (garam masala)
d. 1/4 tea spoon coriander powder
e. 1/4 tea spoon tandoori colour
f. juice of 1/2 small lemon
g. 2 garlic cloves (grated)
h. 1/4 inch ginger (grated)
i. 2 table spoons yoghurt
j. salt to taste, or (1/2 tea spoon)
2. mix all the ingredients well
3. keep it for atleast 2 hours to marinate
4. heat 1 table spoon cooking oil (on high flame) on pan
5. add the marinated chicken
6. let it cook for a minute; then flip it to other side
7. once you get the brown coating on chicken, toss it again
8. put off the flame, and serve the dish
